MSA Recommendations

It's that time of the semester again. For the entire campus community to descend on Angell Hall, in Town Hall format, to voice their opinions in unison, and choose the next fearless leaders of our campus community. OK, so it's really nothing like that, more like a few freshman or activists or Greeks clicking on THIS for a couple of seconds in between facebook updates to select their friends. Excuse me if I'm a bit cynical, but that's how it's done with a lot people. So in that vein, I offer my recommendations, in order to hopefully better educate anyone who reads this, since I happen to know most of the candidates for this Shakespearean farce we call the Michigan Student Assembly. Click on the names for more info (when possible)
PRESIDENT/VICE PRESIDENT
Jesse Levine/Alicia Benavides

LSA
Justin Paul
Eddie Lee
Perry Teicher
Nicole Stallings
Bart Kumor
Alex Moffett
Ally Jacobs? I put a question mark b/c she is chair of the College Republicans, and an admitted Conservative. The reason I'm still endorsing her is she has shown a lot of passion, and barring a miraculous Maize Rage sweep of the elections, there will again be a very liberal assembly that has no worries of Conservatives taking over.

Kinesiology
Ari Liner

Rackham
Nicole Campbell
Mat Brener

Law
Cliff Davidson

Architecture
Jim Diego

Ballot Question
YES, YES, ohmigod YES!!! it's only 1 dollar people, help us fund more student groups, and just order a water instead of a Coke next time you're at Wendy's. You'll save that dollar, and help out student groups.
Remember, on March 23rd and 24th, VOTE
Peace out
